Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed project schedules covering RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, painting, doors/windows, façade, external development and other finishing activities.
  • Monitor daily progress at the project site against the approved plan. Compare planned vs. actual progress and identify deviations.
  • Coordinate regularly with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors and Consultants. Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor contractor-wise work progress. Highlight under-performance and delays. Follow up on corrective and recovery measures.
  • Coordinate with Consultants/Architects and Site teams for pending drawings, revisions and approvals.
  • Identify delays at an early stage. Prepare recovery schedules wherever required.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, Planned vs. actual reports.
  • Prepare schedules for finishing, testing, snagging and handover activities. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of individual floors/units/blocks. Track pending and snagging activities until closure.
Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Typically 3–8 years of experience in construction/project planning.

6. Office Management & Administration

Education & Experience:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement process and ensure smooth coordination between the purchase and site store teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate purchasing, ERP systems, and stock management.

Key Responsibility :

  • Ensure Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) are accurately prepared as per received materials.
  • Maintain and update stock reports on a regular basis.
  • Submit purchase bills in a timely manner.
  • Verify that materials received at site stores match the Purchase Order (PO).
  • Ensure all materials issued are properly recorded in the High Rise ERP system by the site store manager.
  • Tally issued materials with ERP data and daily sheets.
  • Check all vouchers for TDS, GST, and retention ledger accuracy.
  • Ensure ledgers are properly linked with accounts.
  • Cross-check bills with GRNs, verifying quantity and rate; maintain scanned copies for records.
  • Attach site challans with bills and record any debit notes.
